Items bought under final sale are not returned or exchanged by Old Navy.

The returns and exchanges are absolutely free, under the condition the products are unused and in good state. Items can be exchanged by mail or in-store, within 45 days of the date of purchase. Customers need to provide the original receipts in order to get a complete return.  

Online Purchases

All items purchased online or via app can be returned or exchanged using prepaid return shipping labels or directly in-store. Returning items through mail requires the user to create a prepaid UPS or USPA label and repack the items preferably in the original package with invoice. 

In-Store Purchases

Items bought in-store cannot be returned online and should be presented in-store.

Customers can take the returning items directly to a nearby store and take the item directly along with the original invoice.
