  Intermediate Running Shoes

  Asics provide quality in its shoes and there is no doubt that they are the best in whatever product they provide.

  
  

  Also as these shoes are manufactured from Japan itself I get that extra confidence that I am going to get the best.

  
  

  So on 4th Feb 2020, I placed an order of GEL-PEAKE 5 GS from Asics store for a price of $62.85 (No extra added taxes to the product)

  
  

  These fantastic pairs of shoes were delivered to me on  6th Feb 2020 with no extra delivery cost added to the product. The dots on the toe outsole provide that breathability to the feet & reduces Sweating of toes.

  
  

  In addition to this, the design of shoes & the inside cushioning really provide that extra confidence during my cardio exercises.

  Error While Placing Order

  Error 404

  It just bugs me when I see this error.

  On 1st Feb 2020, while placing an order of FUZEXRUSH shoes from the Asics store, the site went completely down & I was not able to make my booking for the same.

  
  

  At that very moment, I decided to call up the customer care number of Asics on 18552333120 to which they replied that they are working on the error & will try their best to sort it out.

  
  

  After 30 mins of checking the site again, the error was still there, I again called up customer care number but this time nobody picked up my call.

  
  

  It’s totally gross to see such a mistake from the well known Asics store.

  
  

  I hope that the site maintains its normalcy again so that I can peacefully place my order online.

  I got these shoes delivered to me in exactly the fresh & new condition as I expected. There was only a size 6.5 available and these shoes were totally legit.

  Disrespectful towards customers

  Product to be purchased: Gel Kayano 26

  On 12th Feb 2020, while I was booking my shoes from the Asics store I wanted to check if there was some special discounted price if the Asics could provide me for the shoes since I am ex-Military servicemen & as a token of respect many stores provide a military discount for the same.

  
  

  But as & when my call was picked up by the customer staff I was told that there is not a single point of discount that they could give to me.

  
  

  The way my call was attended by the customer staff left me totally humiliated.

  
  

  Such behavior is totally unacceptable.

  
  

  After the call, my mood became so off that I even dropped the idea of ordering the shoes that I was asking for a special price.
